Will my medical needs be considered in the CBL scheme?

You can have medical needs taken into account when you apply for the Choice Based Lettings scheme. We will ask you to complete a Medical Assessment form.

We pass this on to an independent medical adviser who will make a recommendation based on the information and any supporting evidence you provide.
