How are Choice Based Lettings applications prioritised?

The Choice Based Lettings scheme uses bands to reflect your housing need.

Band 1 - is for decants (residents who have to move from their home in order for us to carry out improvement or redevelopment works)
Band 2 - is for under occupiers (residents who wish to move to a smaller home)
Band 3 - is for residents with priority
Band 4 - is for all other transfer requests
