Steve Yianni

Steve started working for L&Q in 1976 as a housing officer having worked for Lewisham Council. His first 10 years were spent in housing management and maintenance rising to the level of Assistant Housing Manager.

In 1987 Steve took on the post of Regional Director for North Thames, which was responsible for all operations and development for that area. During this time the region grew from 3,000 homes to 15,000.

He has shown a commitment for large regeneration schemes on ex council estates and has led on five major schemes in North East London. He is currently Group Director for the North Region which encompasses the West and North East Neighbourhood.
