Nic Bealey

Nic Bealey joined L&Q as Group Director of Strategy, Marketing and Sales in August 2008 after a career covering a wide range of sectors; including defence, utilities and support services.

Sponsored by BAE Systems Plc through a degree at City University, London Nic joined the defence contractor and worked in a variety of senior commercial roles.

After doing his MBA at Durham University he eventually became Director of International Corporate Affairs within their international Marketing and Sales Organisation, before leaving to join Enterprise Plc the Support Services Company as a Director within the firms consultancy division.

In 2004 Nic joined United Utilities Plc with responsibility for their none core bid management activities, including Facilities Management and Support Services.

After a short period as the UK Sales and Marketing Director at Orbis Property Protection, Nic joined L&Q where he has responsibility for the Five Year Plan, new product development and Corporate Communications as well as ensuring we market and sell over 1500 home through Outright Sale, Shared Ownership or MyChoiceHomeBuy products.
