1. By entering this monthly prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions
2. To enter the monthly prize draw, you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years old. You may enter only one monthly draw. Entries are limited to one per household. Those entering must be a purchaser of an interest in a property from L&Q, (for example, a shared owner. The monthly prize draws are not open to general needs tenants of L&Q). Entries received from agents, or third parties on your behalf will be disqualified
3. The prize draw will take place on the first working day of each month, for all entries received by midnight on the last day of the preceding month. Entry is by completion and submission of the online survey and agreement to enter the prize draw only. All entries must include your full name, address and email address. L&Q does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, corrupted, or invalid entries
4. The monthly winner will be chosen at random from all completed surveys submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The monthly prize will be sent to the winner by first class post within two weeks of the draw being made. L&Q does not accept responsibility for a monthly prize being lost in, or delayed by the postal service
5. L&Q will only use your personal details provided with your entry to administer the monthly prize draw you enter
6. There is one prize only per monthly prize draw. The prize is £25 worth of Marks & Spencer PLC gift vouchers
7. There is no cash alternative to the prize. L&Q may substitute an alternative monthly prize of similar nature and value without prior notice
8. L&Q may disqualify you from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful
9. The monthly prize draw is not open to employees of L&Q, or any subsidiary, or other organisation which forms part of L&Q, or to anyone else involved in the organisation of the monthly draw, or their direct family members
10. L&Q may cancel the draw for reasons outside its reasonable control. L&Q may amend these terms and conditions without prior notice, by posting changes to them on this website
11. L&Q does not accept any responsibility for any network connection, technical failure, or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any entry not being properly recorded or received
12. To the extent permitted by law, L&Q excludes all warranties (whether express, or implied) representations and its liability regarding the monthly draws, or the prizes
13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
14. The monthly draws are promoted by London & Quadrant Housing Trust ("L&Q") whose registered office is at Osborn House Osborn Terrace London SE3 9DR. L&Q is a Registered Social Landlord under the Housing Act 1996, registered with the Homes and Communities Agency (Reg. No. L4517) and is an Industrial and Provident Society under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (Reg. No. 30441 R)
