
To give us a clearer idea what you think of our reactive repairs service, L&Q is asking its contractors to give you a new questionnaire to fill out after each job.
The postage-paid questionnaire will ask a series of questions designed to let us know how you rate our repair work. We will look at the results and use them to try and improve services in the future.
L&Q contractors are also now being asked to carry cards giving details of our translation services. If English is not your first language, you can point to your language on these cards and a translator can be called who will talk to you over the telephone.
