Resident Involvement Strategy

We believe the best way to improve L&Q's services is by residents and staff working closely together.

We have been working with many of you who have
shown an interest in reviewing how we work together to improve services.

As a result of this shared work the decision was taken to focus on six areas and come up with practical things we can do to make a difference. These ideas are outlined in the document below.
