Improving your home

Residents ask us what decorating and small DIY jobs they can and can’t do around their home under their tenancy regulations.
The answer is, there’s not much you can’t do – provided

• you don’t have an Assured Shorthold Tenancy
• it is carried out properly
• you get our permission first
