Rent rewards for residents

L&Q are offering you the chance to win big cash rewards –just for paying your rent on time!

Of course, the majority of you pay you rent on time anyway and keep out of arrears at all times, so we want to say thank you for this, and encourage other residents to follow your lead.

The reward scheme, which offers prizes of up to £500, was piloted in our South West Thames region and has proved a great success in reducing rent arrears and encouraging residents to stay in credit.

If you meet your tenancy conditions for two months you will be entered into a draw to win one of three £150 prizes. If you meet the conditions for six months, you could win one of our two £500 top prizes, or one of four £250 runners-up prizes.

To be eligible for a prize, you must comply with all of the following for two to six months:

1. Your rent account must be clear or in credit for the whole period
2. You should have no debts listed with L&Q
3. You need an up-to-date gas certificate where applicable, i.e. you have let our gas contractor in to check appliances
4. Your home is not linked to any anti-social behaviour

Please note the scheme currently applies to London & Quadrant Housing Trust residents only, but we hope to extend it to all London & Quadrant Housing Group residents in the near future.

We will identify from our records all residents who qualify and at the end of each month our system will generate the winners at random. So by paying your rent on time you could be a winner!

What do I do now?
Check the monthly rent statement we send you to see how your account is at the moment. If it is in credit all the time the letters CR will appear next to every entry in the balance column on the right. If you are in arrears, the letters DR will appear.
