Grove Park stock transfer completes today

The transfer of 1,439 homes at Grove Park from Lewisham Council to L&Q completed today, Monday 7 July 2008.

Over the next 30 years we will be investing £60 million in Grove Park, with £20 million being invested in just the first five years. This will ensure the 1,097 tenants and 342 leaseholders benefit from homes that are well maintained, modern and warm in a neighbourhood that is pleasant and safe. Along with upgrading their homes and community we aim to give residents a first class service.

Grove Park is L&Q’s second stock transfer in Lewisham. It follows the transfer of 204 homes at nearby Lewisham Park to L&Q last spring.
