Walthamstow Stadium latest 4th November

We recently received a letter from the SOS Consortium regarding Walthamstow Stadium; our response can be found below.

It is important to note that L&Q will not get involved with plans for a mixed residential/greyhound track development nor will we lease the site for a number of legal and business reasons.

We are not actively seeking offers to buy the site and none have been received.

We are continuing to evolve our proposals to build a residential led mixed use development on the site.
