We have expanded our customer service centre to make L&Q more accessible and easier to deal with. In April 2008 we introduced L&Q Direct - just one freephone number for all resident enquiries.
L&Q Direct offers first-line support on all enquiries about repairs, rent, service charges, tenancies, anti-social behaviour, complaints and leasehold issues. In most cases the member of staff taking the call can resolve the enquiry. If they can’t, they will do all they can and then refer it to someone who can help further.
