Mays Court

Mays Court is a former hotel previously owned by Beaver Housing Trust. It is in a prime location overlooking Greenwich Park on Crooms Hill in the heart of Greenwich.

L&Q are refurbishing the prestigious property in 2 phases, 2 cores at a time. The aim is to restore the original configuration, with 4 cores of flats serviced by 3 stair wells. Phase 1 will provide 10 flats for affordable rent. Phase 2 will supply 3 additional flats for affordable rent and 9 units for market rent.

Position as at November 2007

Phase 1 is now well under way and the residents that will be returning to these 2 cores have been decanted to the other side of the building. Forecasted completion for phase 1 is May 2007 however all concerned are conscious to progress cautiously to protect the historical integrity of the building. Phase 2 will begin immediately thereafter.
