
The site is situated in a premier position along the river front near Greenwich town centre. It is a few minutes walk from Maze Hill railway station with direct links to central London and also close to Greenwich DLR station with links to Canary Wharf.
This will be a flagship development in partnership with developers London and Regional in a major regeneration area. This location has been identified by the Housing Corporation as a priority area of investment and is close to other key upcoming L&Q schemes such as Greenwich Peninsular and Convoys Wharf.
The site will provide 171 homes for affordable rent, including 30 4 bed houses, and 73 homes for shared ownership.
