Residents show off their artistic flair

On the 1st and 2nd December residents from the Thames Tunnel Mills held their first art exhibition inviting friends along to see their work. The artists showed works in different types of media from paintings and drawings through to sculpture, fashion and photography.

The exhibition was a great success with members from the community such as local MP Simon Hughes attending.

Resident and co-organiser Ricardo Mandarino was delighted with the event "the support from friends and the local community has been amazing. Everyone put so much effort into the exhibition and the end result really reflected this. Following the success of this exhibition we look forward to holding many more here at the Mills"
