Audit Inspection final report

Following a thorough examination of London & Quadrant Housing Trust in March 2006 by an experienced team of inspectors, the Audit Commission has concluded that we provide a good “two star” service that has excellent prospects for improvement.

In their inspection report the Audit Commission highlighted the following strengths in L&Q’s housing management service:

• homes in a good state of repair, estates generally clean and tidy
• wide consultation with residents
• large and varied programme of community development initiatives
• support for victims of anti-social behaviour
• large number of residents involved in governing the Trust
