Terms and conditions

The 'Smart TV' competition is organised by London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q), Osborn Terrace SE3 9DR. Employees of L&Q, their families or any company involved in the competition are not eligible to enter the competition. The closing date for registrations is 31st March 2012. Only one entry per person. You will need to complete on an L&Q Shared Ownership purchase before 30th April 2012 in order to qualify for the prize draw. The winner will be chosen at random and notified using contact details provided within 14 days of the close of the competition (30th April 2012). Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize. No purchase necessary.

By entering this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions:

• You will automatically be entered into the prize draw upon the satisfaction of the following terms and conditions unless you contact us at the following email address: compoptout@lqgroup.org.uk and state that you do not wish to be entered into the draw.
• To enter this prize draw, you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years old.
• The prize draw will take place on 30th April 2012.
• There is one prize only.
• The prize is a Smart TV.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize.
• The winner will be chosen at random from those who have registered with L&Q's 'No more hurdles' campaign and then go on to complete on a Shared Ownership property before 31st May 2012 and with these terms and conditions. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize date will be arranged with the winners within four weeks of the draw being made.
• L&Q may disqualify you from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
• The prize draw is not open to employees of L&Q, or any subsidiary, or other organisation which forms part of L&Q, or to anyone else involved in the organisation of the draw, or their direct family members.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the draw.
• L&Q does not accept responsibility for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this competition or any prize.
• To the extent permitted by law, L&Q excludes all warranties (whether express, or implied) representations and its liability regarding the draw and/or the prizes.
• L&Q will only use your personal details for the purpose of administering the competition.
• L&Q may cancel the draw for reasons outside its reasonable control. L&Q may amend these terms and conditions without prior notice, by posting changes to them on the website www.lqgroup.org.uk/hurdles
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• The prize draw is promoted by London & Quadrant Housing Trust ("L&Q") whose registered office is at Osborn House Osborn Terrace London SE3 9DR. L&Q is a Registered Social Landlord under the Housing Act 1996, registered with the Homes and Communities Agency (Reg. No. L4517) and is an Industrial and Provident Society under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (Reg. No. 30441).
