Before making a formal complaint, we'd ask you to tell us about the problem so that we can try to resolve it. Contact L&Q Direct or complete the relevant online form. Please allow ten days for our team to respond.
If we cannot address the problem, please complete the form below to send us your complaint about our services. We will then investigate this to establish what steps need to be taken. Follow the link for more information on our complaints procedure.

if you would like to attach a file to support your complaint, please note that we can currently only accept image files. Please check that your file is either in .jpg or .png format before sending it to us using the form below. We are currently unable to accept PDF, .doc, or .docx files.
