Silwood Street is in Lewisham, SE London.

With funding from The Housing Corporation, the Single Regeneration Budget, and L&Q itself and with a close working partnership with the Local Authority since 1999, the area has been revitalised.

The development will provide in excess of 250 homes, including rent, shared ownership and outright sale, over 4 phases.

A great deal of emphasis has been placed on providing additional facilities for existing and new residents. These include an award winning internet linked Cyber-Centre a Community Centre and a Pocket Park.

The current phase (4a) includes 40 properties for rent, 31 for shared ownership and 12 for outright sale. It is due to handover in the spring of next year.

‘Bermondsey South,’ an exciting new development comprising of 8 outright sale units, is also due to handover at the end of November 2007. It is currently being marketed by L&Q subsidiary Zest Homes.
