Clyde Terrace is in Forest Hill, Lewisham, London.
Clyde Terrace is a mixed-tenure sustainable development on a brown field site in the South East London suburb of Forest Hill.
The scheme forms part of the Forest Hill Urban Design Framework and signifies the start of the more extensive regeneration of the Clyde Terrace area.
One of the aims of the scheme, as set out by Lewisham Council, is to provide a place for establishing businesses and homes in a new community of residents, thus securing the future of this part of Forest Hill.
The development comprises 30 homes for rent, 12 for shared ownership, 6 for commercial use and 10 ‘live/work’ units which combine a comfortable living environment with a generous working space.
Work started in March 2006 with completion anticipated by February 2008.
Contractor: Allenbuild
