Regenerating Beaumont estate

The Beaumont estate in Leyton is a major, ongoing regeneration project for L&Q. Work has started on the demolition of two of the three tower blocks on the estate. The two towers, St Paul's and St Catherine's, will be pulled down over a 6-8 month period.
