Decent Homes Work

Two homes in Grove Park underwent a transformation to demonstrate the type of improvements that will be carried out to homes once transfer takes place to ensure they meet Decent Homes Standards.

The show homes had new kitchens, bathrooms and windows and were open for residents of Grove Park to visit and see for themselves the level of improvements, quality of the work and the choice of finishes and materials.

We will also be opening a show flat on the Lambscroft Estate in Kingsfield House shortly to demonstrate the choice of new kitchens, bathrooms and other components that we will be fitted in your home. More news will follow on this shortly.
